RATES

$600 12x24 mare motel stall with mats and bedding, cleaned daily and fed twice daily

$645 12x36 mare motel stall with mats and bedding, cleaned daily and fed twice daily

$745 12x16 barn stall with mats and shavings, cleaned daily and fed twice daily

$795 12x16 barn stall with mats and shavings with 12x16 outdoor run

$100 extra per month for slow feeder filled with grass hay at all times

$80 per month for barn-provided grain (Purina Equine Senior/3 qts daily)

Board includes orchard and/or alfalfa hay. Special hay requests can be accommodated for an additional fee. Owner-provided and bagged grain and supplements fed daily. Tack storage in a secure locked tackroom. Access to a neighborhood bridle paths.
