I am so happy to be working with Pearlie! I am a beginner rider and bought my first horse, who is also a beginner... he is a 5 year old. Before I found Pearlie we were losing ground and going down hill fast. She has been working with him for one month and I can't believe the difference in him! First, she made suggestions for his diet and supplements that have made a huge difference in his physical appearance and overall health and happiness. She has taught him so much already, that he is now a pleasure to ride. Her technique is so calm and focused, my horse loves her! I feel like she can handle anything that he comes up with! She really cares about him, and does little extra things to make his life pleasant. She also noticed that some of his tack didn't fit him and helped me select new pieces. I feel that it has made him more comfortable and cooperative. I also enjoy my riding lessons with her. She has a great way of expressing her ideas that makes it easy to grasp what she is saying, plus she is as patient and calm with me as she is with my horse. I also love that she sends me lots of pictures and updates to keep me in the loop with his progress. I can't wait to see what she does with him next month!

I don't remember the exact date but it's been about a year since I came to Bridlewood. I must say it has been one of the best "horse years" of my life. I am so grateful to have found such a fabulous barn and trainer. Pearlie...you are truly the best of the best.
